04 · COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions worth asking.

What does no upfront investment cover?

The investor funds the equipment, installation and commissioning included in the agreed project scope. Your business provides a suitable roof or site and supports project implementation.

How do payments work?

There is no upfront construction investment from your business. During the contract term, you make agreed payments linked to shared energy savings. Solar electricity is therefore not provided free of charge throughout the term.

How much could we save?

Savings depend on your electricity tariff, demand profile, available space and system design. Our proposal sets out the expected savings and payment structure so you can assess the business case.

Which businesses can apply?

Commercial and industrial businesses with suitable space, regular electricity demand and long-term use of their premises. We welcome enquiries from Pakistani businesses and Chinese companies operating in Pakistan.

What happens at the end of the term?

The proposal can include a transfer of the system to your business. The term, transfer conditions and future maintenance responsibilities are defined in the project agreement.
